內(nèi)容：由于感冒今天不能來上1，2節(jié)的英語課。昨天淋了雨。晚上發(fā)燒，醫(yī)生建議休息一兩天，身體恢復后會立即去上課。請批準為盼。英語課結(jié)束后會給老師打電話。附上醫(yī)生的證明。
