問：你的上司所做的事情有哪些是你不喜歡的？　
答：我惟獨不喜歡的一件事就是當著大家的面詢問反饋信息，我愿意私下聽
取正反兩面的反饋，以使我有時間且不受任何干擾地對該問題進行思考和作出反
應。我相信這是提高學識或改變將來的行為的`公平做法。
介紹一下你從困境中學到的積極經驗，盡可能地避免對前任老板或經理進行
批評。　　
Q:What are some of the things your supervisor did that you disliked?
A:The only thing I really don 　t like is to get feedback in front
of others.I want to hear good or bad feedback in private,so that I have
time to think and react to the issue without other distractions.I believe
that 　s the fair way to improve earning or to change future behavior.
　　
問：你如何組織和安排那些重點項目？　
答：我會事先集體討論，假定最好、最糟糕和最可能出現的情形。接著我會
擬定一個比較切實可行的時間表。我發現在計劃執行中最好和最壞的一面都會同
時出現，當這些問題出現時，我就能容易地調整我的計劃，因為我已經想像到會
發生什么事情和我該如何作出反應。
告訴面試官，你在完成復雜任務的一般方法上的一個好主意。你可以從以下
方面著手：你如何安排時間、設置時間下限、任務輕重緩急的排序、分派任務和
決定你該做什么。　　
Q:How do you organize and plan for major projects?
A:I love to brainstorm a best,worst,and most likely scenario.Then I
set a timetable that 　s realistic.What I usually find is that some
combination of my best and worst cases evolves;I can adjust my schedule
easily as these things unfold because I 　ve already visualized what could
happen and how I 　d react.
