這個句型可以用來詢問人的狀況，通常是你發現對方有啥不對勁的時候。
A: What's up with him?
他是怎么回事？

你也可以用這個句型來問事物。

這臺新冷氣機是怎么回事？

1) Way to go. “有一套。”這句短語是用來稱贊他人的表現。
2) You can say that again. 我再同意不過了。這句話是用來表達對他人說的話心有戚戚焉。
